New Financial Representatives undergo a three-week sales and training program to establish their career foundation, and all Representatives have access to continuous training in developing areas of the business as well as review of the fundamentals. Support also is available for continuing education opportunities such as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and securities industry series exams.
