Why become a Financial Representative with The Philadelphia Group?
The benefits of a career with The Philadelphia Group are many and varied. Chief among these are:
Independence: There is no one path to success here: you create it yourself. Choose the clients you want to serve. Find your own area of expertise. Use the business practices that work for you and your clients. Once you’re grounded in Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN) practices, it’s up to you to build your career with The Philadelphia Group.
Income: There are no corporate guidelines for what you should earn with The Philadelphia Group. Your success is limited only by your energy, dedication and drive. Take it as far as you wish.
Impact: The quality of NMFN products and services you’ll be offering to clients is outstanding, and the organization’s reputation consistently ranks among the top in the industry. Having NMFN on your business card opens doors. In addition, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of your clients and the people who depend on them.
Training and development: Comprehensive and ongoing, the professional enrichment opportunities at The Philadelphia Group are developed to foster long-term success. New Financial Representatives undergo a three-week sales and training program to establish their career foundation, and all Representatives have access to continuous training in developing areas of the business as well as review of the fundamentals. Support also is available for continuing education opportunities such as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and securities industry series exams.
