The Philadelphia Group represents a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Office that has maintained a presence in Philadelphia since 1874. The members of The Philadelphia Group are dedicated to helping clients define their financial values and objectives, and providing products and services designed to further realization of those goals. A team of more than 100 financial professionals comprise the four offices of The Philadelphia Group, which are located in Center City, Mt. Laurel, NJ; Montchanin, DE; and Radnor, PA.

Managing Partner Kevin Hassan has been with the Network for more than 25 years. He began as a Financial Representative in Pittsburgh. Kevin Hassan also served as a Field Director and was recognized for his skill in selecting, training and coaching Financial Representatives. His ability to develop MDRT-level producers earned him the opportunity to lead The Philadelphia Group, where he was appointed Managing Partner in 1997.

In Philadelphia, Kevin Hassan has built a leadership team to develop and support Financial Representatives. More than 22 specialists, managers, mentors, coaches and trainers are part of this network of learning and encouragement. The Philadelphia Group fosters camaraderie, collaboration through teamwork and accountability.

Kevin Hassan and wife, Debbie, are heavily involved in the arts and education communities in the Philadelphia area. In the past,  they have supported the Pennsylvania Ballet, The Mann Center for the Performing Arts ,and The Crossroads School. Kevin currently serves on the board of The Radnor Education Foundation and Brent Celek's Take Flight Foundation. He is also a member of  National Association of Financial Advisors. They reside in Newtown Square, PA with their three children.
